Over the pandemic parents have realized how important sports can be for their children’s mental health.

Sports also help build and maintain friendships, enhance physical fitness, foster engagement in school, improve interpersonal skills and give kids a safe space to make mistakes, learn and grow.

There is a significant decline in sport participation when girls enter high school. The goal of Level Up is to build confidence and give young athletes the tools to keep them playing for life.

One time topics include:

  • Dealing With Disappointment
  • Preparing for an Upcoming Tryout or Big Competition
  • Staying Connected and Positive While Injured
